3 Simple Tips to whiten teeth today

Ever since  I was in my mid twenties, I became a bit obsessed with finding ways to brighten my smile and whiten my teeth. I've tried so many methods--gargling with peroxide, brushing with baking soda, and numerous trial and error brands--you name it!

A bright smile (as well as a healthy one) really makes a difference with your overall appearance. You instantly look healthier, more youthful, and attractive as a result of your teeth being bright and white!

Let me save you some time and money without having to do trial and error like I did the past several years.

Here are my top three tips to brighten your smile and whiten your teeth! 

1. Floss twice a day

Yep! I recommend flossing once in the morning and once before bed before brushing. Doing so keeps your gums healthy, and adds to naturally whitening your smile!

2. Brush after having tea, coffee, and or dark wines

(Sigh) I love my black coffee, green tea, and red wine. But (yikes!) all these beverages stsin your teeth, giving your teeth a yellow appearance. After enjoying your morning cup of joe and/or your 'mommy juice' after a long day, be sure to brush! 

3. Use Charcoal Toothpaste
