For those women who religiously never miss a workout or a gym day--I salute you.

But that's so not me!

While I am careful to never full on neglect my self care, sometimes life happens and workouts just fall by the wayside!

As many of you know, my family just relocated to Texas, so this mama has been busy finding Eliel a school, unpacking, and exploring the beautiful city of Dallas.

While I've been getting 10 minute circuits in here and there, I finally had some time to record a workout for the MWH community on the 'gram, and wanted to share a more organized version you can follow along with!
