Home Prenatal Strength Workout: Second Trimester





Hey moms!


Here is a prenatal home workout you can do in all trimesters...all you'll need are a pair of dumbbells safe for your fitness level! If you're beginner, I recommend 2-5 pounds, and intermediate-advanced, you can go a bit heavier. Just make sure your doctor approves of your fitness plan whether you are pregnant or not!
