We all know the benefits of working out and sweating daily are endless--better moods, higher energy, how those squats make our freakum dress fit, etc, etc--but what about those of ladies whose schedule are too full for an hour at the gym?
Guess how many times I made it to the gym (yes, I have an active membership!) in August? Probably twice!! This is why I'm such an advocate for hard-core, short, effective workouts
we can do in the comfort of our own home. Most days, packing up the kids, getting them in childcare and driving them back home to get a workout in uninterrupted is just not feasible for me.
So...got 12 minutes? Wanna get a great workout in with me in the comfort of your own home? If so, grab some weights and let's sweat!
