The workouts I created and used to lose the baby weight at home...three times!

After I had my first child in 2012, I thought I had to be in a gym all the time to lose the 60 pounds of baby weight. I was able to go to the gym for a bit...getting my baby dressed, then me, loading him in the car, driving to the gym, checking him in daycare, working out, and then trudging home...until it all became too much. I was overwhelmed. Still wanting to feel good in my own skin and progress towards my goals, I decided to get certified as a trainer myself and learn the basics of fitness and wellness. Now equipped with knowledge, I started my fitness journey in my living room as my sweet boy napped. I committed to 20 minutes a day, about 3 days a week. Before I knew it, I started seeing fat shred into muscle that I never even had before becoming a mother. I was so excited! The GREAT news? I didn't have to wait until the weight was off to feel great.
