The Morning Detox Drink That Changed My Energy, Digestion, and Mood

If clearer skin, great digestion, more energy, reduced bloating, and a better mood sounds good to you, you're going to want to try my new favorite detox morning drink.


If you know me, you know I'm always on the lookout for ways to feel like my healthiest, happiest self as a mom of 4 on the go.


And after years of research and trial and error, I've found a new recipe below that I genuinely look forward drinking every morning that provides the amazing benefits I've listed above. Check it out!



✨ Gut-Glow Hydration Tonic


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut water

  • 2–3 tbsp Lakewood Aloe Vera Juice

  • 1 tbsp raw ACV (with the mother)

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice

  • Optional: squeeze of honey and cayenne pepper


How to drink:Morning on an empty stomach or mid-afternoon when you feel puffy, foggy, or bloated.

Lakewood Aloe Vera Juice Benefits
