As a homeschooling mom, I'm always on the lookout for what my kid's gifts are...where they are naturally gifted, talented, and areas they are passionate in. I feel it is a waste of time to invest tons of energy into an area one desires little in. For instance, could you imagine Beyonce stressing herself out trying to get an 'A' in advanced calculus in college? Probably not. Why? Because she and her parents knew she was meant to be a star . A singer. Not a calculus professor.
