Upper Body Workout
Hey ladies! This post is for all of my busy women who want toned, lean, sexy arms! This 10 minute upper body workout will tone your back, arms, shoulders, and triceps! Tone and sculpt your entire upper body in the comfort of your own home with these moves. All you'll need are a pair of water bottles or dumbbells. (I'm using 5 lb dumbbells).
