I Dare You to Try My 7-Minute Workout (Most Moms Quit at Minute 4)

Most moms don't think they have time to get a good workout in because, duh--we're all busy.
As a homeschooling mom of 4 who also works from home, I can relate. Working out sometimes feels like a luxury we afford ourselves when dishes need to be washed, homework needs to be checked, and diapers need to be changed.
But I'm not going for it. I refuse to let my fitness goals go as a busy mom because there are just too many benefits associated with leading an active lifestyle. From anti aging, better mobility, longer life, to having a stronger body for everyday tasks--working out and caring for our body is not a luxury, but a necessity for us busy moms to lead lives we love.
I go back to this 7 minute workout routine whenever I short on time but still want to get a good fitness challenge in. But warning--finishing this workout will result in a better mood, stronger body, and more focused mind!
So, are you ready? All I'm asking for is 7 minutes. Have more time? Try this video fro 2-3 rounds! All you'll need is a pair of dumbbells appropriate for your fitness level.
