Achieving your fitness goals before you become a mom vs when you are carrying for another life (in my case 4 lives), are two very different feats. Before I had my first child, I was one of the most active people you knew. I'd wake up at 5:00 AM rain, sleet or snow and do my morning jog for cardio (and sanity), then weight train at the gym after work and school for an hour (at least), and dance on stages professionally in between.
